Carrier Logistics promotes veteran execs

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. — Two senior executives, who have played major roles in the growth and success of transportation technology supplier Carrier Logistics (CLI), have been promoted to vice president positions and now have equity standing in the company.

Ken Weinberg, vice president and co-founder of CLI, announced that Kevin Linardic, who directs CLI’s programming staff and the development of its FACTS system, has been appointed vice president of technology.

Ben Wiesen was named vice president of products and a member of the company’s board of directors.

"Kevin and Ben have been integral members of our team for nearly half of CLI’s existence," said Weinberg who, with Don Adams, founded CLI in 1972. "Now we are looking to them to maintain and further our worldwide leadership as innovators in trucking and logistics technology."
