MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Carriers Coach Solutions has announced the dates for its first educational sessions aimed at helping drivers and owner/operators find a suitable fleet to work for.

The first two workshops will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at 231 Carlingview Drive near Pearson International Airport. They will be held Sept. 16 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Sept. 20 from 10 a.m. til 11:30 a.m.

Both sessions are free of charge, according to David Brown, president of Carriers Coach Solutions. He says they are intended for anyone who is pursuing a career in transportation and anyone who wants to improve their employment situation in the industry.

Through the seminars, Brown said Carriers Coach Solutions will: share important information on identifying the right employer for you; discuss target selection; present an overview of introductions and information gathering; and discuss successful interviewing techniques. Both new and existing drivers stand to benefit from the workshops, Brown says.

“I am so impressed with the level of excellence that we have set for companies who would like to be involved with Carriers Coach Solutions. We have had a tremendous response from industry leaders and stakeholders who want to participate,” says Brown, who bills his company as a “platinum industry referral service, aligning the right person with the right company.”

To register for the workshop, call 800-771-8171 or 647-405-6094 or e-mail Brown at carrierscoach@sympatico.ca.
