Celadon receives filing deadline extension

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Celadon Group is over a year behind on filling its quarterly and annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The group announced that it has received an extension from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), subject to review on an on-going basis, that allows the company to take until May 2, 2018 to file the documents with the SEC.

The dates for the forms in question are the years ending June 30, 2016 and June 30, 2017 for their annual, or 10-K forms, and for the three months ending Sept. 30, 2016, Dec. 31, 2016, and March 31, 2017, for their quarterly, or 10-Q forms.

During the extension period, Celadon’s shares will continue to trade on the NYSE.

The company say it continues to work diligently to become current with their SEC filings as required under applicable securities laws.

Celadon is currently under investigation by the SEC and is responding to subpoenas requesting more information.
