CFMS teams up with leading US maintenance council

TORONTO — The 44th annual Canadian Fleet Maintenance Seminar next year will be joined by the Truck Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Associations.

The event, which addresses maintenance issues and hands on training for fleet maintenance managers, will take place May 27-30, 2007 in Toronto.
TMC, which celebrated its 50th anniversary this year, will team up with CFMS for the first time.

“We have a lot in common with TMC and this will allow our delegates to increase their knowledge of the trucking Industry south of the border and in turn, we can do the same for them here in Canada,” said CFMS General Manger Rod Henderson.

“We are hoping for a long and bright future with the T.M.C. and know that the increased knowledge they bring to our organization and delegates will be a valuable asset to all.”
