CIFFA appoints new executive director

TORONTO, Ont. — The Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA) has appointed Michael Zozula as the organizations new executive director, starting Sept 5. Zozula will be replacing George Kuhn who will continue in the role of senior advisor with the association.

Michael Zozula comes with an excellent pedigree of education and transportation background and we are convinced that he will bring new energy, dimension andvitality to the association, CIFFA staff wrote in a release. CIFFA is delighted to have such a highly rated individualsteeringthe associationtowardsa future that is both exciting and promising.

Zozula is a graduateof the Executive MBA program at the University of Toronto with a B.Comm. Economics major from Loyola College in Montreal. His professional backgroundincludes a stint with Air Canada as corporate general manager as well as senior executive positions with Canada Post and CN Railways.
