Clarke appoints new COO of freight transportation services

HALIFAX, N.S. — Dean Cull, president of Clarke Road Transport, the truckload subsidiary of Clarke Inc., has been appointed chief operating officer, freight transportation services for Clarke. In this new role, in addition to his current responsibilities as president of Clarke Road Transport, he will become president of Clarke Transport, Clarke’s wholly-owned rail intermodal business. As COO, Cull will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both of Clarke’s major transportation subsidiaries.
