Clarke Inc. appoints new staff

TORONTO, Ont. — Clarke Inc. announced that John Hamblin has been appointed Chief Information Officer with responsibility for the delivery and support of all business application systems to address corporate-wide strategies as well as the business initiatives of the Clarke divisions.

Hamblin is responsible for the management of all corporate application systems as well as systems shared across multiple divisions of Clarke.

Clarke also announced today that Sylvain Rollin has been appointed Chief Technology Officer with responsibility for all aspects of the technology and communications infrastructure of the Company. Sylvain is responsible for the management of the company-wide data network, setting technology and communication standards for the Company, as well as providing technology innovation and support for all technology across the Clarke divisions.

In addition to the above responsibilities John and Sylvain will be directly involved in the strategic planning and future direction of the Corporation.
