Clarke names COO of intermodal fleet

HALIFAX — Dean Cull, president of Clarke Road Transport, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Freight Transportation Services.

In addition to his current duties at the corporation’s truckload subsidiary, Cull will now oversee Clarke’s wholly-owned rail intermodal business — making him in charge of both of Clarke’s major transportation units.

“Dean is a first class transportation operator, and his success in building our Clarke Road Transport subsidiary has been exceptional,” said Clarke President and CEO George Armoyan. “Dean will now focus on growth in our transportation subsidiaries, to support our overall commitment to increasing shareholder value.”

The appointment is effective immediately.
