INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Two new vice-president appointments by Celadon Group came through promotion in the company’s Trucking Services division. Brett Terchila has been promoted to vice-president, recruiting; and Jeff Bryant has been promoted to vice-president, maintenance.

“The promotion of these two individuals will enhance our talented senior management team,” said Steve Russell, Celadon Group chairman and CEO. “Brett and Jeff have each demonstrated an exceptional commitment to Celadon and their new roles are a reflection of their hard work and contributions.”

Terchila joined Celadon in March 1998 as operations manager and most recently served as director of recruiting. During his tenure, he also served in other positions, including planning and customer service manager, and director of fleet development. Prior to joining the company, he spent five years in various positions with Mayflower Transit.

Bryant joined Celadon in January 2005 as director of fleet maintenance. Prior to joining the company, he was director of maintenance for PFT Roberson (flatbed division) and CX Roberson (van division), and also previously served in the same position with J and R Schugel Trucking.
