ROUGEMONT, QC — For two years in a row, Groupe Robert has been selected as one of the 50 Best Employers in Canada and is the only trucking company on the list.

More than 607 of the 2,000 eligible employees, better than 40% of which were union personnel, filled out the detailed questionnaire provided by the originator of the survey, Hewitt Company. Hewitt establishes the rate of employees’ interest by collecting opinions in six areas: the people, the global salary mass, human resources procedures, the company’s values and work ethics, career opportunities and the quality of life.

This year, 137 companies attempted to get on the list. More than 95,000 employees filled out Hewitt’s questionnaire that measures the rate of employees’ interest and the similarity of their insights as well as those of management.

“Groupe Robert is proud to be on the List of the 50 Best Employers in Canada and thanks their employees who enabled them to improve everyone’s satisfaction,” said Jean Robert Lessard, Vice-President Marketing and Public Relations, in a statement.
