Miller started with MacKinnon as a part-time company driver 19 years ago and worked his way up to his current position. He’ll be leaving the company Aug. 26, Evan MacKinnon announced.

“During his career at MacKinnon Transport Rick has been responsible for many different departments of our business and has successfully contributed as a valued member of the senior management team,” MacKinnon said in a statement. “Rick, your efforts have been sincerely appreciated.”

Geoff Topping will be taking over responsibilities for the operations department and the warehouse as well as continuing his current sales responsibilities, MacKinnon announced.
