Courier rates rise 0.1% in July; messenger rates drop

OTTAWA, Ont. — Courier rates advanced 0.1% in July, according to Statistics Canada while rates from local messengers dropped 0.3%.

The Couriers and Messengers Services Price Index (CMSPI) is , a monthly price index provided by Statistics Canada that measures the change over time in prices for courier and messenger services provided by long and short distance delivery companies to Canadian-based business clients.
