MONTREAL, Que. – Michael Christodoulou, president of Cummins Eastern Canada, will attempt to play 100 holes of golf in one day and raise $100,000 to grant 100 children a trip to Walt Disney World, Florida.

Christodoulou will attempt the feat at the Falcon Golf Club in Hudson April 26 as part of the annual Dreams Take Flight project run by Air Canada.

The cost of the trip is about $1,000 per child which would allow 100 children to go if the full $100,000 goal is met.

The money will be raised through Cummins’ suppliers and customers.

Christodoulou has also promised to match each $1000 donation up to $50,000.

To complete the physically and mentally challenging event, he will have to play one hole approximately every five minutes starting at sunrise.

He will have the whole course to himself since opening day for the Falcon isn’t until the following day.

Celebrity players will be joining Christodoulou for one hole. Their names will be confirmed later.
