Cummins fleet customers can now access Quickserve Online

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Cummins Inc. customers now can harness the Internet to save time and get access to parts and service information.

Cummins Inc. recently announced that with its new QuickServe Online Web site, fleet and national account customers will now be able to quickly and conveniently access the same online system for parts and service information used by Cummins dealers and distributors worldwide.

“With QuickServe Online, our customers can get quick access to real-time, daily updated parts and service information with the click of a mouse,” says director, PowerCare EBusiness and Information Products, Mike Champlin. “It’s quicker and easier than using catalogs or CDs, and it’s available for use by our fleet and national account customers.”

QuickServe Online is available for fleet customers and soon will be available to all users of Cummins-powered equipment, it can be visited at www.quickserve.cummins.com.
