Cummins taps Kieffer to lead customer support
COLUMBUS, Ind. (Aug. 19, 2005) — Cummins has named Tom Kieffer executive director of Customer Support Excellence.
Carol Lavengood has assumed his former responsibilities as director of Marketing Communications.
Kieffer’s new responsibilities include implementation of Cummins’ customer support program on a global basis, as well as corporate branding.
