BRAMPTON, Ont. — Day & Ross is beginning a major $2.4 million expansion at it’s terminal here to better serve its customers from Toronto and the Niagara region.

Construction is expected to begin this fall on the expansion of the Brampton terminal, which is located at 170 VanKirk Dr.

The expansion is scheduled to be completed by June, 2004. The extended facility will consist of a 17,833 square foot, two storey office building and a 60,000 square foot dock space with 115 doors and 160 trailer parking spaces.

"The expansion of our Brampton terminal is an example of our continued growth and development in Ontario," said Jean Marc Dubois, Day & Ross Inc. president. "The expanded facility will offer our customers in the region enhanced service with more direct loading and less handling of our freight."
