The need to find and retain qualified drivers is one of the top two concerns of Canadian fleet managers, regardless of fleet size. It is key to sustainable growth.

To that end, Transportation Media, the publishers of Truck News, Truck West and Motortruck, is conducting research to better understand the gaps between what professional drivers want and what is currently being provided.

Two national surveys are being conducted: one will gather data on fleet management practices in regards to drivers and owner/operators; the other (now completed)will poll professional drivers on the same issues to determine which are of greatest importance to them in deciding to sign on or stay with a carrier.

You can help us gather this important data by filling out this quick 10-question management practices survey. It takes just a few minutes and all who complete it will receive an electronic copy the full national survey results free of charge.
