Donnelly Named BC Trucking Safety Council Executive Director

LANGLEY, BC – The Trucking Safety Council of British Columbia has named Mark Donnelly as its new executive director.

Donnelly spent the last 10 years in a variety of senior leadership roles at the BC Automobile Association (BCAA), according to the group. He was most recently the director of community impact at BCAA and the chief operating officer of the BCAA Road Safety Foundation. Prior to that, he held positions as director, brand marketing and director of communication and community. 

Before BCAA, Donnelly was with the telecommunications provider Telus for 13 years in a variety of progressively more senior roles in sales, marketing and strategic development.

He is a graduate of Simon Fraser University, where he earned a bachelor of business administration, and the University of British Columbia (UBC) where earned a master of arts in economics, along with holding a certificate in internet marketing from UBC.
