The seminar is a full day training session designed for new and veteran motor carriers and freight brokers.

Lamb, a former New York State Motor Carrier Investigator, now a USDOT-licensed Transportation Practitioner, DOTAuthority.com offers a variety of services for professional motor carriers and freight brokers including compliance and application fillings. DOTAuthority’s load training seminar focuses on sales and marketing techniques used by master brokers to book loads directly with shippers. In partnering with the load training school, DOTAuthority.com intends to offer its clients a mechanism for learning how to market trucking services and deal with shippers directly.

Seminar attendees will be instructed by David Dwinell, master broker and owner of LoadTraining.com. Dwinell has lectured thousands of students since opening up his Arizona-based load training school 18 years ago. He regularly teaches start-up carriers how to survive the first two crucial years when many businesses fail and he helps veteran carriers and brokers learn how to make up to 25 per cent more profit.

The first session of these monthly seminar offerings is scheduled for Dec. 18 at DOTAuthority.com’s training facility in Commack, N.Y. The seminar starts at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 5:00 p.m. Seats are limited and the registration deadline date is Dec. 1.
