BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Brampton truck driver has been arrested after 108 kilos of cocaine were found concealed in an empty trailer he was hauling to Canada.

US Customs and Border Protection officials in Buffalo say it’s the region’s largest ever cocaine seizure.

The bust occurred at the Lewiston, N.Y. crossing and the drugs were reportedly concealed under the floor of a container. According to a report by the CBC, the floorboards were removed, revealing 97 vacuum-sealed bricks of cocaine worth about $3.6 million.

Charged with narcotics possession is Ravinder Kumar Arora, 29.
