CALEDONIA, Ont. — Organizers of the Driving for Profit seminar series are encouraging industry members to reserve their spots for the latest instalment of the series as tickets are selling fast. The popular series is making its first appearance of 2009 in Cambridge, Ont. at the Holiday Inn Feb. 3.

The event will feature a presentation by Dan Goodwill, president of Dan Goodwill and Associates, titled: “Leading Your Company Through Turbulent Times,” while Allison Graham, resident of Elevate Seminars and Strategic Development, will discuss: “Driving Profits Through Business Networking.” Evan MacKinnon, CEO of MacKinnon Transport, will also be on hand to discuss the benefits of the Truckload Carrier Association.

Officials are also encouraging companies to take advantage of the Driving for Profit series’ sponsorship opportunities like Nevio Turchet, used truck manager of SelecTrucks of Canada, has done since the launch of the show.

“SelecTrucks of Canada is more than pleased with the results and return on our investment with our sponsorship,” Turchet said. “In today’s tough economy it is important we stay involved with the industry and our client base. We know the importance of contributing back to events like this.”

The $65 cost per person includes a continental breakfast and lunch. To register, go online at www.drivingforprofit.com.
