Eaton Names Pattada President of N.A. Vehicle Group

GALESBURG, MI – Eaton has announced Pavan Pattada was named president of its North American vehicle group earlier this week.

He most served as president of the company North American truck vehicle group and will report to Ken Davis, president of the vehicle group at the power managment company.

“Pavan’s success in key roles at Eaton along with his range of experiences in operational and strategic roles and his focus on customers makes him the right person to lead our North American business,” said Davis. “This move creates a common alignment in all four of our regions and is a continuation of the vehicle group’s evolution that began in 2009. I am confident that Pavan is the right person to lead this organization as we continue to grow this important part of our business.”

Pattada joined Eaton in 2002 as the director of global sourcing for corporate supply chain management, was named general manager of Eaton’s truck business in India in 2005, and in 2009 became director of operations for it North American truck operation.

Prior to his most recent position with Eaton, Pattada was the vice president of business development for the industrial sector.

He holds a master’s degree in strategy and administration from Duke University in North Carolina, and a bachelor’s degree from L.B.S. College of Advanced Maritime Studies in Mumbai, India.
