BRIGHTON, Mich. — The Eberspacher Group, a system developer of exhaust systems and vehicles auxiliary heaters, is intensifying their North American presence.

Recently the company started up TechCenter operations in Novi/Detroit, near the technical centers of GM, Ford and DCC.

In addition to the US$25-million investment in the TechCenter and headquarters, construction has begun on an exhaust gas component plant in Brighton, Mich. This part of the operation will go into production at the beginning of 2004.
