Economic outlook will be front and centre at lunch seminar

TORONTO, Ont. — The Toronto Trucking Association will present the RBC Financial Group’s assistant chief economist as a guest speaker on economics during a lunch seminar planned for Nov. 15.

Derek Holt has been with RBC for more than 10 years. He is responsible for producing forecasts and directing research applied to the financial services industry, key developments in other industries, Canadas provincial economies, US regional conditions and consumer and business finances in both Canada and the US.

Holt is an experienced speaker on current and expected global economic and financial market conditions. His presentation to the TTA will review market conditions from 2006 and he will provide an outlook for 2007.
