WOODBRIDGE, Va. — efleetmgmt has released an online driver identification and training program it says will help fleets eliminate costly driver errors.

Virtual Fleet Risk Manager (VFRM) is a program that screens for at-risk drivers through online questionnaires that measure a driver’s attitude and behavior, the company says. It then delivers behavioral modification training to address problem areas and identify emotional triggers that impact their driving performance. The program is also capable of measuring their improvements in performance and overall fleet safety.

“Reducing the losses from accidents caused by drivers with poor habits is a major concern for trucking organizations,” says Lisa Deyo, president of efleetmgmt. “This program is ideal for any fleet, regardless of size, industry or geographical location. And the per-driver cost is a fraction of what it would cost the organization if just one accident resulted from poor decisions from one of their at-risk drivers.

Deyo adds the program can be customized to address the particular deficiencies identified through driver screening. For more information, visit www.crashfreeculture.net/efleet or call 540-399-1010.
