Fergus Truck Show gets underway tonight

FERGUS, Ont. — Tonight marks the beginning of the Fergus Truck Show.

The gates open to the general public for the truck pulls tonight at 6 p.m., with the bands ‘Transit’ and ‘Moonshine’ performing this evening. The gates open to the general public Friday at noon, when the show gets under way in earnest.

Join Truck News Friday night around 8 p.m. at the main stage, as we honour the 2008 Owner/Operator of the Year. April Wine, Kim Mitchell and David Wilcox will grace the stage after the presentation.

On Saturday, pop by the Truck News booth to chat with Truck News’ resident tax expert, Scott Taylor of Transport Financial Services. He’ll be on-hand to discuss the complexities of trucking taxation.
