Fire strikes K-DAC facility

WATERLOO, Ont. — A faulty block heater was blamed for a costly fire at K-DAC Enterprises’ Wilmot Township facility, according to a report in local newspaper The Record.

 

The fire caused about $350,000-$400,000 in damage, according to the report. Several trucks were caught up in the blaze.

 

Police say the fire was not suspicious.
