OTTAWA, Ont. — Natural Resources Canada’s FleetSmart Program is introducing “Fuel Management 101” — a new one-day workshop for fleet managers.
There will be no fee for the first workshop held at the OTA, Sept. 25 (all future workshops will have a fee).
The workshop was created to help fleet managers prepare fuel, implement and monitor fuel management.
The following subject matter will be covered: *Why you should have an energy management plan; *How to make a plan; *How to benchmark your fleet; *How to sell your plan to management, implement it and analyze the results.

Fuel Management 101, a one-day workshop is designed to provide fleet managers with the tools necessary to answer these questions and walk away with many tips, ideas and a template for creating a fuel management plan for your fleet.
