Freightliner appoints new GM, new product development
PORTLAND, Ore. — Freightliner LLC last week announced the appointment of Jerome Guillen as general manager, new product development.
Guillen will manage new product development programs for the company’s business units.
He reports directly to Rainer Schmueckle, Freightliner LLC President and CEO. Guillen joins Freightliner from McKinsey & Company Inc., an international management consulting firm.
He draws from a broad range of experience in product development from multiple engagements in the North American automotive and trucking industries, both from OEMS and suppliers.
