PORTLAND, Ore. (Aug. 9, 2005) — Freightliner Trucks unveiled the company’s redesigned and updated web site featuring improved navigation, updated graphics, beautiful interior and exterior product photography, search engines for new and used trucks, dealer parts an service information, as well as the most up-to-date online information about Freightliner Trucks.

The new site, www.freightlinertrucks.com, also features an increased focus on industry application segments. Users can search for vehicles by specific model names or from a comprehensive list of applications ranging from utility to owner/operator to logging.

“With this redesign, we wanted to increase the focus on our products and really showcase what we have to offer: the multiple configurations, the spacious interiors and the options available,” said Bruce Smalley, general
manager of sales and marketing. “We also wanted to make
the site more user-friendly so information is available quickly and easily.”

As part of the redesigned web site, a new interactive photo gallery is available for every model in the Freightliner Trucks product line. Users can view many different configurations of each vehicle in application
settings, on the road and on the job.

Content has also been updated for all market segments, offering the latest and most current product news, component offerings, online brochures and up-to-date dealer parts and service information.

Additionally, the Trucker’s Lounge now features an updated NASCAR page, useful trucking industry links and the latest in Freightliner Trucks merchandise. Users can post pictures of their vehicles in the “Owner’ Gallery” section as well as download Freightliner Trucks screen savers.
