Global Driver Service bought by logistics firm
MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — CPC Logistics, a U.S.-based company specializing in logistics personnel and services, announced that their Canadian Holding Corp., Logistics Professionals Ltd. has finalized the acquisition of Global Driver Service, a Toronto-based logistics provider and member of the Private Motor Truck Council of Canada.
The acquisition of Global compliments LPL’s other operating companies, CPC Logistics Canada Limited and Huron Services Group Limited, and increases CPC’s presence in Canada with operations being added in New Brunswick and Saskatchewan along with the present operations in Ontario, Alberta and Quebec.
