Great Dane makes Webb Platinum Drum standard on reefer

Webb Wheel Products has been chosen by Great Dane Trailers to supply the Platinum Drum as standard equipment for its new SuperSeal XLT reefer trailer. The Platinum Series of brake drums are lighter than competitive drums and deliver extended life through low wear, resistance to heat checking and exceptional strength, Webb Wheel claims.
The Platinum Series of Brake Drums is also standard equipment on all Great Dane refrigerated trailers.
Both Webb and Great Dane are owned by The Marmon Group of companies, a conglomerate of manufacturing and service companies with collective sales of $7 billion.
