Great Dane Van Adds 80 Cubic Feet
Great Dane Trailers
Great Dane’s new P-101 high-cube freight van delivers 101 inches of nominal inside width, meaning an extra 80 cubic feet of cargo space (two 48-inch-wide pallets fit comfortably, the company says). Sidewall repairs are easy, requiring no special tools or procedures: exterior skin sheets can be replaced without removing the interior lining. That lining is full-height plastic, not plywood, and is held to logistic posts without fasteners. The plastic is resilient and puncture-resistant, and being white it brightens the interior. Another feature is the front-corner construction-not beveled or rounded, it has a three-inch radius to create a square interior.
