CLAIRMONT, Alta, (Nov. 8, 2004) — Greatwest Kenworth has opened a full-service, state-of-the-art branch in Clairmont, Alt. — its fourth facility in the province.

One of the truckmaker’s most honoured dealers, Greatwest Kenworth’s new Clairmont branch is set on eight acres and features a 35,000 square-foot facility. It is 75 per cent larger than the facility it replaced in nearby Grande Prairie, the company says.

The facility — located at 7202 98th Street in Clairmont — offers a complete lineup of Kenworth heavy and medium duty trucks, and features an indoor truck showroom, a well-stocked 3,100 square-foot parts department, fully wireless computer systems and three acres of truck parking. The new service shop features 14 service bays including a Kenworth PremierCare ExpressLube pit, a state-of-the-art vehicle inspection machine, a 10-ton overhead crane, gear shop and wash bay.
