Hannay Reels says they had air and water applications such as steam cleaning, facility washdown and general maintenance in mind when designing the 1500 Series hose reel.
The new reel can accommodate lengths of ID hose from 1/4″ to 5/8′ and performs at product temperatures from +20°F to +400°F, with standard operating pressure of 3000 PSI.
The reel includes a permanently attached rewind crank and sprocket driven motor option-run by either electric, hydraulic or compressed air power rewind. To prevent freewheeling and recoil from pressure surges, the reel also includes a spring-activated pin lock as an option.
