Harper Power Products opens new Pembroke service centre

TORONTO, Ont. — Harper Power Products has opened a new regional service centre in Pembroke, Ont.

The new facility, which opens tomorrow, is located at 1076 B Line Road is located just off of Highway 17 adjacent to Highway 41. With 2,400 sq. ft. and two full size bays, the Pembroke Harper Regional Service Centre will be fully equipped to meet the demands of the coach, bus and truck industries, company officials said.

“The Regional Service Centre business model has been a great success for us thus far as we strive to meet our three key service principles of service excellence, service proximity and service solutions,” said John Cosgrove, president of Harper Power Products. “We have already opened five Regional Service Centres over the past two years and we continue to evaluate the demand in underserved areas and will look to put ourselves in these markets to offer our customers the superior service they are accustomed to.”

With the opening of the Pembroke facility, Harper Power Products now has 11 facilities in Ontario, including Toronto, Hamilton, London, Ottawa, Sudbury, Timmins, North Bay, Cornwall, Kingston and Niagara Falls.

The Pembroke location will be managed by Trevor Arthurs who is branch manager in Ottawa and is also responsible for the Kingston and Cornwall Regional Service Centres.
