NOVI, Mich. — Hino Trucks has ranked highest in customer satisfaction in the Conventional Medium Duty Engines category for the fifth year in a row as part of J.D. Power and Associates’ 2012 customer satisfaction study. The study measured customer perceptions of 2011 model-year Class 5, 6 and 7 trucks equipped with both gasoline and diesel engines.
In addition, Hino has ranked highest in customer satisfaction in the Conventional Medium Duty Trucks category for the third year in a row as part of the same study. For the truck satisfaction award, customers are surveyed on product and service.
