Horton appoints new pres

ROSEVILLE, MN, (June 10, 2005) — Horton Holding, a provider of cooling solutions for engines, has named Randall Nord president and chief executive officer.

Hugh K. Schilling, who founded Horton in 1951, has stepped down as CEO to enter partial retirement. Schilling will continue to serve as chairman of the board for Horton Holding and subsidiary companies.

Nord will oversee Horton Holding Inc., global headquarters; Horton Inc., United States; Horton Europe GmbH & Co. KG, Europe; Horton Fan Systems Inc., United States; and Horton Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., Mexico. He has been president and chief operating officer of Horton Holding Inc. since 1999.
