Jim Park’s Truck Talk
Volume 1 Number 4

Late in the Fall of 2007, we set up our microphones in the home of New Bedford, NS-based owner-operator, Dave Blenkhorn, thus convening our Halifax Roundtable Panel. You’ll be hearing more from this group of veterans in the coming months, but this time, we bat around Hours of Service. With over 100 years and 13 million miles of experience between them, Randy Wood of Clarke Road Transport, Dave Blenkhorn of Midland Transport, and independent Jim Underwood, give us their take on what works and what doesn’t with the rules that took nearly 15 years to formulate.

Please excuse the baby in the background. We did the recording live in Dave’s dining room and we probably kept the little tike awake.
