VANCOUVER, B.C. — The B.C. Trucking Association (BCTA) has been successful in convincing the Insurance Corp. of B.C. (ICBC) to reduce its number of provincial territories.

The Crown Corporation previously had too many territories which were used to determine insurance rates, the BCTA complained.

Now the number has been reduced to three – Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland (Pemberton to H ope) and the remainder of the province.
