TORONTO, Ont. — The Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT) and the Canadian Industrial Transportation Association (CITA)have announced they will once again partner with our sister publication, Canadian Transportation & Logistics, to carry out the 5th Annual Shipper’s Choice Awards Survey.

The ground-breaking survey sets benchmarks for carrier performance by asking more than 1,000 shippers of all sizes across Canada to rate their top carriers on seven key performance indicators.

The national survey was launched this week and is handled by Transportation Media Research on behalf of Canadian Transportation & Logistics.

Carriers scoring above the benchmark of excellence are provided with the prestigious Shipper’s Choice Award. Their scores are also published in the Shipper’s Choice issue of Canadian Transportation & Logistics.

Carriers who do not score above the benchmark of excellence are provided with their scores by Transportation Media, free of charge.

Carriers will be contacted in the coming weeks with details about the survey and are encouraged to forward the survey to their clients to help ensure strong response.
