International puts new interior package to bed
International Truck and Engine
In keeping with the company’s “excite the driver” philosophy, International Truck and Engine has enhanced the 9000I Series’ entire interior cab and sleep environment.
With a focus on the long haul segment, the new International Premium and Eagle sleeper interiors provide more comfort and durability, in both single and double bunk configurations. The interiors include double storage capacity, more thoughtful appliance accommodations, and well placed lighting packages, and a greater number of adjustability and comfort settings and dual standard arm rests, the company said. The interior style now comes in a choice of tan, dark burgundy, or dark blue.
An automotive look is established with ivory gauges, a digital odometer and fuel miles per gallon readout, while a new wood grain is now included on all doors and cabinets.
For drivers who are looking for a even more comprehensive package, International offers options that add a tower wardrobe cabinet, a dresser cabinet with pull-out table, and a utility cabinet large enough to house a microwave a refrigerator cabinet. It also includes, a phone, cable TV and AC power wiring package; an outside temperature and compass display, and an inverter that becomes a battery charger when connected to a 120V AC power supply.
