Kathy Penner named associate publisher of Truck News, Truck West
DON MILLS, Ont. — Truck News and Truck West have promoted operations manager, Kathy Penner, to the position of associate publisher.
As part of her new role, Penner will play an increased role in strategic planning and budgeting. Penner will continue to report to publisher, Rob Wilkins.
Wilkins said "Kathy has been with Truck News since its inception and I’m pleased to announce she will be taking on more responsibilities in her new role as associate publisher."
