Kee Human Resources Locks Up Purchase of Rival

MISSISSAUGA, ON – The trucking human resources management and consulting firm Kee Human Resources is continuing its expansion through both strategic acquisitions and organic growth.

The company announced recently it acquired on July 1 the privately held recruitment agency A-1 Personnel Inc., which provides qualified drivers to third party logistics and trucking companies.

The purchase added more than 100 associates to the Kee Group of companies, though A-1 personnel will continue to operate independently.

“We believe Kee Human Resources has established a differentiated position in the industry through its broad geographic footprint, full service offering, strong safety track record, regulatory expertise and excellent customer service,” Kee said in a news release. “A-1 shares our vision and has significant experience providing companies with necessary resources to accelerate growth. We believe we are well positioned to tap into strategic opportunities to better serve our customers.”

According to Kee, the acquisition of A-1 Personnel supports its continued goal of broadening its portfolio of staffing services, which now includes truck drivers, warehousing staff, fork lift operators, health care staffing and light industrial workers.
