KIRKLAND, Wash. – Kenworth added three more J.D. Power and Associates awards to its trophy case in the latest customer satisfaction rankings of Class 8 trucks.

Kenworth took top honours in the over-the-road, pickup-and-delivery and dealer service categories. The J.D. Power and Associates awards are based on interviews with customers who evaluate a supplier’s performance in the areas of vehicle performance, quality, cost of ownership, warranty and dealer service.

“It is a great honour for Kenworth to receive three prestigious 2009 awards from J.D. Power and Associates,” said Bill Kozek, Kenworth general manager and PACCAR vice-president.
