Kenworth names 2005 Dealer Service Council

KIRKLAND, Wash., (Jan. 7, 2005) — Kenworth Truck has named new members to its 2005 Kenworth Service Council, including two Canadian dealers.

Frank Chiarizia of Inland Kenworth, Burnaby, B.C ,and Jody MacDonald of Tandet Kenworth, Kingston, Ont. were the two Canadians that made the council, which consists of leading service managers from Kenworth dealerships in the United States and Canada. The council’s goal is to promote service and product improvements to achieve superior quality in Kenworth products and customer support.

“The Kenworth Service Council plays a key role in the continuing drive to offer customers our World’s Best service regardless of their truck make,” said Gary Moore, Kenworth assistant general manager for sales and marketing, in a press release. “Kenworth service managers are dedicated to providing good preventive maintenance to keep customers’ trucks up and running, and prompt repairs when needed that are done right the first time.”

Other members include: Chairman Jim Grant, Trebar Kenworth Sales, Boise, Idaho; Ric Cain, Inland Kenworth, Phoenix, Ariz; John Gibson, Truck Enterprises, Harrisonburg, Va.; Chris Harrison, Central Illinois Trucks, Normal, Ill.; Jim Johnston, Kenworth of Tennessee, Chattanooga, Tenn.; Rick Saner, MHC Kenworth-Springfield, Springfield, Mo.; and Kenworth Dealer Council representative John Sahling, Sahling Kenworth, Kearney, Neb.
