CHICOUTIMI, Que. — Kenworth du Fjord has opened a new full-service facility in Chicoutimi, Que. with the goal of providing customers with increased support and a more convenient location for their truck purchase, parts and service needs.

Kenworth du Fjord’s new 9,600 sq.-ft. facility has six service bays, including a mobile lift dedicated to Kenworth PremierCare ExpressLube service. Kenworth du Fjord also offers a mobile service truck, parts department, parts delivery service and customer lounge.

“By opening this new facility, Kenworth du Fjord is making it easier and more convenient for customers to get parts and service when and where they need them,” said Richard Trembley, president of Kenworth du Fjord. “With extended hours, mobile service truck and parts delivery service, we’re showing customers that Kenworth provides the world’s best support.”

Kenworth du Fjord focuses mainly on the needs of over-the-road hauling companies in the construction, oil, dairy and forest industries. The location also serves vocational customers in the construction industry, according to Trembley. Kenworth du Fjord specializes in selling the Kenworth T800 model.

Kenworth du Fjord is located at 1700 Boulevard du St. Paul at Exit 45 of Trans-Canada Highway 70 in Chicoutimi, about 125 miles north of Quebec City. The facility is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Customers can contact the facility at 418-549-7910.
