MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Carriers Coach Solutions and KRTS Transportation Specialists have formed a partnership to help new and existing drivers find compatible fleets to work for.

Dave Brown, president of Carriers Coach Solutions says the company uses a three-step approach to matching drivers with carriers: target selection; introduction and information gathering; and appropriate training.

“I have proven successful techniques and satisfied clients to back it up,” Brown says of his approach. “By working with Carriers Coach Solutions, I can help a qualified driver with the right company and position them for success in a very timely fashion.”

Kim Richardson, president of KRTS, added “I think Dave’s concept and system will benefit all of the industry. Dave Brown is passionate about the success of people in our industry. We look forward to helping him with the success of Carriers Coach Solutions.”

The two companies will host workshops for drivers, the first of which will be held in Mississauga. One workshop will be held through the week while another will be hosted on a Saturday morning.
