THUNDER BAY, Ont. — The Minisry of Transportation has implemented lane width restrictions of 3.75 metres along a stretch of Hwy. 11/17 near the Neebing River Bridge.

Construction is underway on the bridge, and the restrictions are expected to remain in place until Nov. 1.

The bridge is located about four kilometres west of the intersection of Hwy. 11/17 and Hwy. 61 in Thunder Bay.

Wide loads will require traffic control, since the stretch of highway has high traffic volumes. Carriers needing to move oversized loads through the area should call Glenn Graham at 807-473-5910 to make arrangements, at least 24 hours in advance.
