EDMONTON, Alta. — Link Suspensions has upped its offer for Raydan Manufacturing by $327,059, paving the way for a deal to acquire the suspension manufacturer.

Link made an offer Nov. 29 which was tentatively accepted before Raydan received a “superior offer” from one of its shareholders. Link then had a period in which to improve its own offer or walk away.

Raydan CEO Ray English said in a release that: “I would like to thank the board of directors for their diligence and support throughout these negotiations.”
